King of the Track

My Daddy is not only the king of my world, he is the King of the Track at Southwestern International Raceway. Everyone that won a race during the season got to participate in the King of the Track Race. Daddy won his category and then beat the winners of the other categories. He won a Wally trophy which means a lot to him. Way to go Daddy! I am so proud of you.

Notice that I am wearing my Halloween costume since it is Halloween.

Happy Halloween

For my first Halloween I was a ladybug. I spent Halloween night at Aunt Patti and Uncle Ben's house with the whole gang. Here are my professional Halloween pictures. Aren't I cute?

Trick-or-Treating at GG's House

Daddy and Mommy took me to Great Grandma's house the day before Halloween. GG gave me a book and some money for my piggy bank since I can't have candy yet. Daddy was so impressed to see GG get down on the floor with us. He said he won't be able to get on and off the floor by himself when he is GG's age.

Thank you GG for the presents

That's impressive GG

Family picture time. I'm the cute one in the ladybug costume.

Pumpkin Carving

Today we carved the pumpkins we got at the pumpkin patch. Mommy and Daddy helped me carve Lightning McQueen from the movie Cars into my pumpkin. I enjoyed feeling the seeds and mush from inside the pumpkin.
Before....
Hey Dad, what's that?

This feels weird, Grammy.

Pumpkin Patch

Today I went to the Agua Linda Farms Pumpkin Patch with Mommy, Daddy, Tia Renee, Tio Martin, Angelica, Nana, Corky, Aunt Patti, Uncle Ben, and Caitlin. We started out the morning at TTT for breakfast. After Breakfast we went to the pumpkin patch to pick out pumpkins. There was a hay ride, a hay maze, a petting zoo, pony rides, and lots of picture opportunities. Enjoy the pictures.

Eating Baby Food

The doctor told me I could start eating baby food along with the rice cereal. I started out with squash and then moved onto sweet potatoes, carrots, peas, and green beans. Once I went through the vegatables, I started on fruit. I love baby food. Here are some cute pictures of me eating.

I'm ready. Bring on the food.

Yummy, yummy in my tummy

Stop taking my picture and give me more food

6 Months Old

Today I an 6 months old. Mommy and Daddy can't believe how fast time has flown by. They tell me I've been a great baby. I am typically very happy. If I'm upset it is for a reason (hungry, tired, frustrated...). I have been meeting all of my developmental milestones, so my parents are very proud of me. I can sit unsupported, I vocalize all the time, and I love to play in my jumper. I enjoy playing with my cousin Caitlin. I can't wait until I can keep up with her. At my 6-month doctors appointment, I weighed 14 pounds 5 ounces (25th percentile) and I was 24.5-inches long (10-25th percentile). They gave me more shots and I handled them very well this time. I only cried for a minute and I was in good spirits the rest of the day. Last time I had a fever and I was sleepy. Enjoy the pictures of me. Compare them to previous posts to see how I've grown.

Daddy do I have to get shots today?

Look how big I look in my car seat now.

Where's the food?

Chugga, chugga, choo, choo...Daddy is pushing Caitlin and I on the train.

Heart Attack Grill

This weekend, Mommy and I went to visit Grammy and Grandpa while Daddy and Tio Martin had a race at Firebird. Mommy and I did not go to the race, but we met Daddy and his friends at the Heart Attack Grill for dinner. The Heart Attack Grill is a restaurant that was featured on the Food Network because it has a cute theme. They only serve cheeseburgers; a single bypass, double bypass, triple bypass, or quadruple bypass. Everything is cooked in lard and the waitresses dress up in nurses outfits. They also only serve real soda and beer; nothing diet or light. Instead of a salad bar they have a fry bar. Everyone gets to wear a hospital gown.
